THE CHALLENGE
Expedition Inc. (and Expedition America Inc.) is a marketing and PR holding company and parent brand that rebranded from its former identity of Envircom Holdings Inc. Looking for a new visual identity, each logo needed to distinctly capture the essence of both the Canadian and American companies.
THE APPROACH
Tasked with the development of a logo with both a symbol and a wordmark, I worked with the client to develop a clear logo that matched both their visual preferences/likes and helped to communicate the clarity and forward-thinking of the well-established brand.
THE RESULTS
The identity was later expanded on in a set of brand guidelines for printed and digital materials — letterheads, business cards, reports and presentations. The client also commissioned a unique illustration to include in these materials for the initial rebrand.
